Yes. Karbar24 runs on the device itself, not in a browser waiting for a server. Billing, KOT printing, split bills, discounts and day-end reports all work with no internet at all. On Standalone the internet is only needed for the licence check and app updates. On Karbar24 Cloud, terminals also keep selling offline and send their sales to the cloud when the connection is back.

Karbar24 POS runs on Windows desktop and Android (phones and tablets), plus a web version (PWA). The Kitchen Display runs on Windows and on Android tablets and TV boxes, and the Waiter app on Android phones. One account, the same app everywhere, in Bangla or English.

Yes — Lite is free forever: 30 products, 150 sales a day and the free reports, on one device (backup to a file starts on Standard). It is a real POS, not a demo. Every new account first gets a 120-day free trial — unlimited products and sales, every premium and Ultra report, and up to 2 devices — with no card.

Both run the same POS app and both keep selling without internet — the difference is where your reports live and where you manage from. Standalone keeps everything on your devices: you set up and run the business on the POS, and you see reports on the POS device itself — there is no online portal for reports. Depending on the plan it runs on 1 to 20 devices; each device keeps its own sales, and the main device sends the menu and settings to the others with update files. Karbar24 Cloud keeps your sales and reports on our cloud server, so you can see them from anywhere in the world, and lets you manage every POS terminal — menu, prices, staff, settings and lost devices — from the Cloud admin panel in a browser. Every Cloud plan includes every premium and Ultra report, custom reports can be made on request, and Cloud is in early access now. The Kitchen Display and Waiter apps work with both. You can start on Standalone and move to Cloud with your data later.

Yes. On Standalone, devices, businesses, branches, shops and terminals are counted across your whole account: Lite has 1 of each, Standard 2, Pro 6 and Ultra 20, spread however your business is built — each business with its own menu, stock, staff and reports. On Standard, Pro and Ultra you can add an extra business (৳30/month), branch (৳25), shop (৳20) or POS terminal (৳30) without changing plan. On Cloud, Starter and Standard have 1 business and Pro has 2; add more at ৳299 a month each, or agree your own numbers on Enterprise.

Any time. An upgrade starts as soon as it is paid, and the unused days of your current plan are credited against it. A downgrade starts at the end of your billing period. While Cloud is in early access, moving to a Cloud plan starts with a request from your account. Nothing is ever deleted.

You move to the free Lite plan automatically. Your products, sales and customers stay exactly where they are — if you have more than Lite allows, everything stays readable and you simply upgrade to keep adding.

Add-ons extend a plan without jumping a whole tier, billed with your plan. On Standalone: an extra business, branch, shop or POS terminal (৳20–৳30 a month each, on Standard, Pro and Ultra), single premium reports (৳50–৳100 a month each, on Lite and Standard) and single Ultra reports (৳150–৳200 a month each, on Lite, Standard and Pro). On Cloud: an extra terminal (৳99 a month), shop (৳149), outlet (৳199) or business (৳299). Add-ons are priced so that once you need several, the next plan is the better deal. Services are quoted separately: full data migration from ৳2,000, on-site setup and training from ৳1,500 a visit, and custom reports on Cloud from ৳3,000. Menu setup for your first 100 items is free.

Yes. On Lite and Standard you can subscribe to single premium reports — for example Peak Hours, Sales by Category or Staff Performance at ৳100 a month, and focused reports such as Variant Wise Sales or Waiter Wise Sales at ৳50. Ultra reports can be bought one by one on Lite, Standard and Pro: Profit & Loss and Food Cost % at ৳200 a month; Item Profitability, Payment Settlement and Consumption Suggestion at ৳150. Yearly is 10× the monthly price. Pro (৳299) includes every premium report and Ultra (৳499) every Ultra report too, so if you need several, the bigger plan is usually the better deal. Custom reports are part of Karbar24 Cloud.

Yes, on every Karbar24 Cloud plan. Tell us what the report should show, how it should look and when you need it. We price each custom report — from ৳3,000 — by its design, what it has to do and the priority you choose; once it is paid for, we build it and hand it over. Your Cloud plan does not change. No. Karbar24 Cloud plan prices do not include any server or domain cost. If you want your own custom domain and server, they are bought separately — we can help you choose and set them up.

Yes. Karbar24 Cloud can run on your own server. The cost of a self-hosted setup is separate from the plan price and agreed after we discuss your needs — use the contact form or call us.

In Bangladesh, pay in BDT with bKash: send the amount to our bKash number with the reference code shown at checkout, then enter your bKash transaction ID. We check the payment and switch your plan on as soon as it is confirmed. Card payments in USD for international customers are coming soon — until then, contact us and we will help. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.

For Bangladesh customers, 15% VAT is included in the price shown and broken out on your invoice.

A 14-day refund window on the first payment of a new subscription. Contact support and we'll refund it to your original payment method. On Standalone, the money is sent once your POS devices have moved off the paid plan — they do so the next time they connect.

Your paid plan keeps working to the end of the paid period, then a 7-day grace period with a renewal banner — you keep selling throughout. If it stays unpaid, the account moves to the free Lite plan: sales never stop, nothing is deleted, you choose which businesses and products stay active, and everything comes back when you renew.
